  Luke was amazing, this was my first time here and he genuinely made the whole experience so much better. He suggested downloading the app and was incredibly patient while I was trying to understand how everything works. He took the time to explain it properly without rushing me, and was just genuinely kind throughout As someone who works in the food industry myself, I really appreciate the level of service he gave. It’s not easy to stay that patient and positive, and it definitely didn’t go unnoticed. I really hope the company recognises the effort and care he puts into his work Well done, Luke! 👏

  Ordered a hamburger and cheeseburger at Arndale. Cheeseburger was hot and decent, but the hamburger patties were cold in the middle. Disappointing for the price. Service was quick though.

  It wasn't until you get to the tills to find out this branch is fully halal so no bacon etc. It would have been better if they had put a larger sign to warn you. The food and the service is just as good as other branches.
